Hello. I am Lee Dong-jin, the president of Konyang Cyber University.

Konyang Cyber University is the first cyber university in Daejeon, established in 2011 based on the educational philosophy of founder Dr. Kim Hi-soo, "If you teach, you must take responsibility for the students."

In the meantime, our university has made rapid progress in its short history through ceaseless challenges and innovations based on the dedication and passion of its members to achieve the founding ideology of 'searching for the truth', 'creating history', and 'serving humanity'.

It played a pivotal role in enhancing the status of K-Edu (Korean Education) through various government support projects, and achieved high academic retention rates through the provision of student-centered educational services. In addition, it is the first cyber university to convert cloud-based services, build a next-generation comprehensive information system, introduce VR learning, and acquire information security management system (ISMS-P) certification.

Now we will take on a new challenge. We will present a paradigm for future education and solidify our identity as an online higher education institution in accordance with the social needs and changes of the times, such as the 4th industrial revolution and digital culture.

To this end, I will focus on three things. First, student-oriented education innovation Second, securing a sustainable management system Third, building participatory governance based on diversity

Innovation doesn't happen with the efforts of a few. I am convinced that this can only be achieved when all members move toward a common goal together.
